Love this place. Always a great job. I went to the mall once to get my nails done and they messed them up. Had to have nail fever fix it.
They don't even deserve a star. The worst manicure of my life! The place is dirty and the employees are rude. I will not be returning.
Appointments don't mean anything here. I made 8 appointments, we arrived early, and they proceeded to take walk-ins over us. I made this appointment 2 weeks early and was told that we would all be taken care of at the same time. I just feel NailFever should have turned our appointments away when I first called, instead of not honoring it when the time came.
Wonderful people doing an amazing job. My friends nails look absolutely perfect for her wedding. Thanks so much for fitting us in last minute Kim!
Did a horrible job on my mom's nails
She just had acrylic put on and painted. She didn't get the acrylic on the whole nail and also didn't get the nails fully painted. She paid $30 just for that and we went back the next day for them to fix. They refused to redo the acrylic only would repair and mom asked for a different nail tech and they refused. Also I witnesses a pedicure and as soon as it was done they had someone else come and sit down, did not disinfect the bowl or tools!! Gross!!
