Expensive for no reason. Made an order to a city right beside them, processed my order, and called the day before saying they can't deliver outside of muncie. Terrible time management, very upsetting.
I was in such a hurry to surprise my best friend with flowers for her birthday and didn't want to spend alot of money. I was out of town and called Misty's House of Flowers. The customer service was beyond exceptional, huge arrangement that was stunning at a great price. I couldn't believe what I had bought when my bestie sent me a picture of her surprise arrangement. The flowers lasted longer than any she's received before. I was blown away. Great job!!!
I am a truck driver, came back into town late afternoon, stopped by while they were closing, but they had no problem helping me anyway. Beautiful flowers, tried to tip them for their trouble, but they would have nothing of it. Nice older couple and made my wife very happy with the flowers I purchased for our 10 yr anniversary.
