There is a complete lack of integrity with this group and I strongly urge that you bank elsewhere if at all possible.
I attempted to pay the balance due on a loan. I was given a payoff amount and then immediately processed payment and received a confirmation number and all was good. Approximately an hour later I received a call saying there was an additional $282 that needed to be paid that wasn't reporting on the account at the time payment was made. I told them they can't charge things to my account after it had been paid in full earlier that morning. I hung up and went to bed(I work nights). later that day I got a voicemail from the gentlemen that took my payment explaining that the transaction from that morning had been voided and the money was refunded. I have no idea why they would void the transaction or how they can add $282 to the balance due after the load was paid in full!!
