I had my first appointment at this Aspen Dental yesterday. The receptionist was super nice and so were most of the staff. However, I had to wait WAY too long for the DR to come in and I was very late back to work which caused me to have to work 3 hours extra because it took so long. I really have nothing good or bad to say about this place but I will say that I'm probably going to look into a different dentist office.
They treated my family quickly. The dental staff are personable and the dentists are good.
Had an emergency situation with only tjree days to fix . What an awesome staff. I was a new patient never been before and was treated like I was the only person they had that day. ( they were busy) In a matter of two hours I was on my way home problem solved. Would highly recommend!!!
They got me in on a Saturday and set my mind at ease in a bad situation. I have a job that doesn't allow appointments so getting in on short notice is very helpful to me.
Worst dental service ever. Google "dental aspen lawsuit" and you can understand why. There are better options. Go to a respectable dentist.
