Don't go to find out why I gave them a one-star rating or you'll be sorry and you will be waiting. And then you will get your order and then you will be waiting longer because it was wrong. Then you will know why I gave them the one star rating . Laughing but very serious happens a lot at this location
This is a decent McDonald's. It is in a high traffic area and it is popular, so there is usually a line both inside and at the drive-thru. It is clean and the staff is really nice.
Every single time I go in I have a mistake in my food. Once in the drive thru a worker spilt a large water inside on my mother drenching her before a 2 hr drive. The worker proceeded to blame my mother for spilling it all over herself then closed the drive thru window in our face. When we went to the manager he didn’t offer anything to us at all and barely apologized. If you have a choice between this one and the one on McGalliard, it’s worth the distance to head there instead.
The dinning room here made me lose my appetite. It was so dirty everwhere. If the dinning room where customers eat is dirty I can imagine what the kitchen is like.
The drive thru is supposed to be quick but they can never figure it out. Waited 10 minutes to order with 2 cars in front of me.
