When looking for a certain title or author, nothing makes any sense.q
This is a decent book store, but I honestly prefer the Barnes and Noble's selection better.
Store is okay; selection is amazing but the prices are really up there. Even the coffee is ridiculous.
I used to spend a crazy amount of time here- mainly because my mother was the GM. We walked through recently and were saddened and disgusted at the mess, the boxes everywhere, empty shelving, messy shelving and overall disarray. How anyone could find anything in this store is beyond me. Not one person greeted us, not one person even acknowledged us. Very sad.
There is no option for zero stars. The employees are fine, but the manager is horrendous in every single way.
