Best salon in Muncie
I have gone to Malibu on and off for the past 5-6 years. Though it may not be a large, high-end salon, I have always found the staff to be friendly and the costs are very reasonable. The atmosphere at Malibu is very cozy and you can always count on the staff to be friendly and having a good time. I have never left Malibu dissatisfied. I usually go for a color, cut and style and have loved the look every time!
