Great Bank. Friendly staff. Very easy to do get the work done. Very conveniently located on McGalliard.
Horrible customer service. Went in to set up an account. Was told it would be a "couple minutes" wait because the only banker who could do so was in a meeting. Sat in a chair outside that meeting for 15 minutes while 2 women who worked there stood at the front picking their fingernails and doing nothing. The place was empty. Finally walked out. Didn't seem like anyone really cared for my business.
I've been at a lot of banks, Chase by far beats all the others. Any problems were resolved quickly!
