Very disastisfied, poor customer service and an Extremely high rate to prepare your taxes. They charged me $480 plus a $49.95 processing fee and when I called the next day with a queation nobody answered or returned my call after leaving a message. I only went here because they gave me an advance last year so I figured I would qualify again this year nothing has changed but nope I was not approved no reason given and nobody will return my calls I would not reccomend anyone goes here!
